Marcus T. Holloway
Owner & ISA Certified Arborist

Marcus founded Madison Tree Services Co. in 2009 after spending a decade working with the Wisconsin DNR Urban Forestry Program. He holds an ISA Certified Arborist credential and a degree in Urban Forestry from UW–Stevens Point. Marcus personally oversees every complex removal and large-scale trimming project, ensuring work is done safely and with respect for each tree’s long-term health. When he’s not in the field, he’s active in the Wisconsin Arborist Association and volunteers with Madison’s community tree-planting initiatives.
Sandra K. Reyes
Operations Manager & ISA Certified Arborist

Sandra joined the company in 2010 and quickly rose through the ranks thanks to her exceptional eye for detail and her calm, professional manner with clients. She coordinates all scheduling, crew assignments, and equipment logistics across Dane County. Sandra is also a TCIA-accredited safety trainer and leads monthly safety briefings for the entire crew. Clients consistently praise her prompt communication and her ability to explain complex tree health issues in plain language.

Derek A. Pullman
Lead Climber & Crew Foreman
🪜 TCIA Certified | 11 Years Experience
Derek is our go-to climber for the most technical and demanding jobs — tall oaks, tight residential lots, and anything near power lines. Trained in advanced aerial rescue techniques, he holds TCIA certification and OSHA 30 credentials. Clients often specifically request Derek for repeat jobs because of how carefully he protects surrounding property while working at height. Outside of work, Derek coaches youth baseball in Fitchburg.
Priya N. Sharma
Plant Health Care Specialist
🌿 ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualified | 8 Years Experience
Priya specializes in diagnosing and treating diseased trees, soil health, and pest management — a skill set that sets Madison Tree Services Co. apart from basic tree-cutting companies. She holds ISA’s Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ) and a background in plant pathology from UW–Madison. When a client has a tree that’s declining but wants to save it if possible, Priya is who we call. She has successfully treated dozens of ash trees affected by Emerald Ash Borer using trunk injection therapy.
Tony B. Walczak
Equipment Operator & Ground Crew Lead
⚙️ CDL Class A | Chipper & Crane Certified | 9 Years Experience
Tony keeps every job running smoothly on the ground. He operates our large bucket truck, chipper, and stump grinder with precision, and manages the ground crew to ensure debris is cleared efficiently and safely. His CDL Class A license and crane endorsement mean he can handle large-log extractions that require lifting equipment. Tony is known around the crew for his great attitude and for always leaving job sites cleaner than he found them.
